Rob LeBlanc joined C.A. Bancorp as an Associate in 2008.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a Consultant at Oliver Wyman, a leading global management consulting company. During his tenure, he focused on strategy development and execution, operational improvement, organization and process (re)design and post-merger integration. Rob has engaged clients in North America, South America, Europe and the Middle East in a variety of industries, including transportation, oil and gas, energy, aviation and retail.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Rob was a professional football player in the Canadian Football League. He played for the 2005 Grey Cup Champion Edmonton Eskimos. In 2006, he went on an extended leave from consulting to return to the Eskimos for a second season.
Rob received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in 2005.
