C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSX: BKP) shares now listed on Toronto Stock Exchange; begin trading on a consolidated basis

TORONTO: C.A. Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares are now listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The Company is also pleased to announce that its common shares are now trading on a consolidated basis, effective April 30, 2007.

Consolidation 10 to 1: For every 10 pre-consolidation common shares, shareholders of the Company received one post-consolidation common share. No fractional shares were issued. In the event that the consolidation would have resulted in a holder of common shares otherwise becoming entitled to a fraction of a common share, such fraction of a common share was rounded up to the next whole common share. Management believes that the consolidation will help raise the share price to more attractive levels, reduce the shareholder transaction costs and improve trading liquidity.

Trading symbol: The Company’s trading symbol remains BKP.
