C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSX: BKP) grants options

TORONTO: C.A. Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) has granted an aggregate of 1,275,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) to certain of its directors, officers, employees and consultants. The Options have a term of five years and shall vest in equal proportions on each of the following three dates: August 21, 2007, August 21, 2008 and August 21, 2009. Upon vesting each Option shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of C.A. Bancorp Inc. at a price of $2.55 (the closing price of the shares on August 20, 2007) until August 21, 2012.
