C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSX: BKP) amends exercise price of options
TORONTO: C.A. Bancorp Inc. (the “Company”) has amended the exercise price of each option as previously announced on August 22, 2007. Upon vesting, each option shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of C.A. Bancorp Inc. at a price of $3.30.
