C.A. Bancorp Inc. Announces Director Resignation
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/31/08 -- C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSX: BKP) (the "Corporation") announces the resignation of Frank Crothers from his position as a director on the Corporation's Board of Directors.
The resignation is effective today. Mr. Crothers has resigned to enable him to focus on his numerous business pursuits and additional board appointments. Mr. Crothers has served on the Corporation's Board of Directors since 2006.
The Corporation's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee has commenced the process of seeking a replacement director. In the meantime, the remaining five directors will continue to carry out the duties of the Corporation's Board of Directors.
